 The Lightning Spikes Track Club (LSTC) strives to encourage and help young people to develop physically, emotionally and socially through their participation in track and field. Through physical conditioning, training, and team support, young athletes will be encouraged to always maintain a positive self-image on and off the track. The LSTC believes that teamwork helps individuals grow to be productive leaders and citizens of tomorrow. DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION, DETERMINATION and DRIVE will be the driving force behind empowering our athletes to become physically, emotionally, and socially well rounded individuals who will progress to be the best they can be. |
